In Provex City, the wolves await. Fifteen-year-old Oliver Grain is settling into his family's new house and learns a horrifying secret. He is sharing his room with the ghost of the boy who committed suicide in it a year ago. A fourteen-year-old boy named Thomas Taylor.
Oliver begins his adventure as a new student at Eastman High School. From day one, he is plagued by bullies at school and hauntings at home. Oliver's history teacher, Mr. Gordon, takes a personal interest in him, challenging him to take control of his life with the belief that anything is possible.
